About the role
We are on a mission to make car changing simpler for everyone and are now building out a marketing-focused product team to help deliver on this promise across our platform.
Reporting into our Head of Customer Marketing, you will play a leading role in helping develop our product strategy to offer a better and more seamless car changing experience to our millions of customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our product lifecycle with a specific focus on driving cross-sell across car changing products from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
They will also be charged with helping Carwow accelerate our marketing capability - including the implementation of marketing tech to help improve the profitable acquisition of new customers and improved monetisation of existing customers.
The Customer Marketing Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather and prioritise product requirements, and ensure that the product roadmap aligns with the overall business growth strategy.
