Job Description

ICB (Waterproofing) Ltd

We are one of the UK's leading suppliers of Waterproofing solutions, predominantly for flat roofs and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Operations Administrator to join our site in Coatbridge, Scotland.

Duties:

  • To process sales and purchase orders
  • To input orders into the computer processing system
  • Deal directly with customers by telephone, electronically and face to face
  • Liaise with contractors and customers on issues of order progress etc
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and to handle and resolve complaints
  • Keeping the databases up to date
  • Helping with credit control
  • Invoicing

Requirements

Essential:

  • Good IT/Microsoft skills
  • Customer Service
  • Good telephone manner
  • Attention to detail

Desired:

  • Experience with CRM System
