We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join us a HR Business Partner. Working in the People team, reporting directly to the Head of People, you will be responsible to provide high quality advisory service on all, including complex, HR issues ensuring efficient and effective systems and processes are in place. They will need to be the first point of contact for managers and staff, dealing with a range of employee relations queries, including complex and sensitive queries, arising from local policies and procedures and employment law such as redundancy, disciplinary, performance and absence.
To be successful for this role, you will need:
- Level 5 CIPD required.
- Demonstrable Employee relations (ER) experience
- Knowledge of employment law and its ‘good practice’ application
- Practice direct experience of giving ‘generalist’ HR advice to line managers
- Experience of generalist HT working and trade unions
- Experience working a similar position within the Healthcare environment (including monthly HR surgeries)
- Location: Cheshire (Nantwich) with regular travel to Village locations
- Monday-Friday / Hybrid working available (39hpw)
