Your role

We are seeking a data-driven and resourceful person to lead our monetization development efforts, on both the supply and to lesser extent, demand side of the equation, with current and identified supply partners (publishers using Amagi’s SSAI solution), distribution platform partners (OEMs), buy side (media agencies, brands, trading desks, DSPs, SSPs), and key vendors in the digital media ecosystem.

You will be responsible for creating strategic partnerships, in concert with Saas sales team, for new supply publishers. Will play a supporting role with new demand onboarding, driven by US based team. Goal is to ensure successful annual revenue goals and long-term growth for the Ads + team in EU and UK.

You will also be responsible for leading GDPR adherence, managing legal and Product and Project Management efforts to navigate processor/controller and helping Amagi set up to be GDPR compliant both in the EU and UK in 2024.

This is a very hands-on, start up type role, with responsibility for standing up and eventually owning a geographic revenue center. Our monetization media platform sits at the center of an extensive CTV advertising ecosystem. You will work closely with the Supply and Demand teams in the US, to ensure that your portfolio scales and achieves its revenue objectives. Reporting directly to the SVP of ADS PLUS, based in the US, this in-country role is a highly influential position as Amagi expands into the UK and EU9 with a Saas solution, combining strategic planning, business development, and cross-functional revenue-generating initiatives with a roll up the sleeves, nothing too small to work on approach to enter market.

Your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
  • Leadership Role:
    • Drive immediate revenue while building out the evolving, international go to market plan, for short and medium term impact to Ads + Pamp;L
    • Eventually recruit amp; lead a team that can work across the region, to penetrate key markets/countries and build out capabilities (timing 2024 or beyond); individual contributor role for next 12 months+
  • Oversee Project Management specifically with GDPR
    • Lead efforts for Amagi compliance in the UK, and EU
    • Manage legal and technical questions with respect to TCF compliance, GDPR technical requirements (processor, controller, opt out, ring fence inventory, Google removal, etc)
  • Grow Amagi’s Supply Partnerships:
    • Working with our supply team, and onboarding new supply partners (publishers and content owners who primarily utilize Amagi’s SaaS solution) in the UK and EU
    • Partnering with SaaS leadership based in the UK and EU9, supporting deals whereby Ads+ can be a part of the overall Amagi value proposition
    • Providing end-to-end facilitation for programmatic deals (pre-sales, planning, pricing, activation, delivery, post-campaign) working with various internal stakeholders.
  • Assist w/ Demand Partnerships, in support of US based team:
    • Working with new demand partners to monetize Amagi controlled supply, in order to grow revenues exponentially over next few years
    • Working closely with our existing programmatic demand partners in the US, for extension into the UK and EU9, and help manage amp; grow the portfolio. This includes working closely with business amp; ad ops teams, ongoing education about our growing supply under management, working with our ad ops teams to maximize yield and fill with these demand partners.
    • Developing premium demand partnerships with SSPs, DSPs exchanges and ad networks. You will identify potential high-value partners, evangelize the value of our platform/inventory and be responsible for end-to-end integration and onboarding
