In this role, you will be responsible for the development and customisation of the Salesforce platform to meet the specific need of the bank. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce enhancements and integrations. As a Salesforce Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and provide innovative solutions that drive business success.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other development teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Configure Salesforce applications, including but not limited to workflows, process builder, and custom objects.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and communication.
- Customize Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics.
- Ensure best practices are followed for development, testing, and deployment within the Salesforce environment.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and technologies to recommend improvements and drive innovation.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and architecture
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative development tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, are highly desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
