We are looking for someone to join our team working as IT Support onsite at our office in Hove, UK.

IT Support at Studio Gobo...
- Will provide support to ensure minimal downtime for the wider Studio team members.
- Be a key contact for technical knowledge and expertise of the Studio systems and procedures.
- Deploy and configure equipment for Studio staff as required. Including configuring and maintaining MDT with the latest required software for the projects/disciplines.
- Upgrade hardware and peripherals as required by the team.
- Active Directory Manage users, computers, groups, and group policy objects.
- Windows Server Deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows server within the Studio infrastructure.
- Maintain asset inventory of hardware and software.
- Document and maintain installation and procedure documentation.
- Collaborate with Lead IT to ensure smooth operation of the Studio infrastructure and development equipment.
- Assist with procurement of hardware, peripherals and equipment as required.
- IT storeroom housekeeping, hardware recycling and maintaining secure disposal processes.
- Work with the wider Core Services team to complete ad-hoc tasks as required.
Things we'd love to see from you:
- Experience in an IT role.
- Technical knowledge of the Windows stacks, including Windows 10/11, Office 365, Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to use good judgement to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work independently and work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Safely handle and move IT equipment (such as PCs, monitors etc).
Please let us know if you have:
- Experience working with Linux systems (particularly RHEL based).
- Knowledge of or experience with networking, containerisation, or cyber security.
