To support the Finance Team through completion of day to day/weekly and monthly tasks and accurate posting of information on to the finance system. This role will be supported by Wattbike for progression as desired.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week working from the office at Wilford, Nottingham after training.
Requirements
- Processing of Purchase invoices (including uploading backup invoices and info)
- Management of accounts inbox/telephone enquiries
- Raising Sales Invoices direct from the warehouse department
- Ad-hoc tasks to support the Finance team
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in an accounting function - entry level role
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft packages, Excel, Outlook and Word
- Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics would be helpful but not essential
- Ability to communicate and work effectively within a small team, in a fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritise and work efficiently
- Conscientious, attention to detail, proactive, willing to learn and embrace change within the role.
- This role will suit someone with a can do attitude within a team.
