Do you want to join us as our new Head of Operations?

You will manage a large operations team, to ensure projects are delivered to tight deadlines, every time, whilst maintaining company profitability, utilisation targets and departments budgets. You will design and implement policies, oversee customer service and ensure the business is compliant at all time. Ensure our medical deployments can be delivered to the best possible standard.

Principle Duties

  • Formulate business strategy with the rest of the Strategic Growth team
  • Ensure the best possible productivity of people and assets
  • Plan for business expansion whilst maximising utilisation and profitability
  • Implement efficient processes and standards
  • Design Policy to align with the overall strategy of the business
  • Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
  • Evaluate risk and lead on quality assurance efforts
  • Reporting process management and Audit
  • Quality control service level agreement management
  • Coordinate the deployment of all assets, on time and compliant
  • Maintain show mode presentation of units in the Yard and on the road
  • Overseas service schedule and reactive maintenance
  • Project Estimates for Deployment, Movement and Service Maintenance
  • Internal/External Project Meetings and Report
  • Report on Pre and Post tour implementation and delivery to develop best practice and ensure a constant improvement process
  • Display vehicle de-rig amp; re-fit quality checks
  • Support in the opening and maintaining international offices

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local and international laws
  • Health amp; Safety RAMS/Method Statement/ Manual Handling
  • Attend Hamp;S representative company
  • Ensure Operational delivery is compliant with ISO 14001, 9001, 18001
  • Support the business ESG improvement plan

Performance measures

  • Ensure national logistic delivery to deadlines and input to process
  • 24h recovery process national
  • Report all discrepancies to the board
  • Monitor Hamp;S performance of the business
  • 100% Compliance with Operators Licence
  • 95% UM amp; client satisfaction on the delivery

Experience

  • Extensive management amp; project management experience in a high-pressure environment
  • Deliver Excellent service in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • International Logistic Operations experience
  • Health amp; Safety Qualification
  • Ability to manage a high-value budget to plan

Other Requirements.

  • Full UK residency and hold a valid driving license and have suitable transport provisions (public transport is not recommended due to location of offices)
  • Able to travel throughout the UK and Overseas if required
