Business Challenge
As a Senior Internal Recruiter, you will drive Fleek’s growth by sourcing, attracting and hiring top performing talent across the business. You will embed best-in-class technologies and processes to finesse the full recruitment journey, source talent and foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
As with any position in the company, your role is to solve business growth problems. We at Fleek believe every person solves for core business metrics!
- Deliver in-role candidates for Fleek’s existing UK recruitment pipeline and beyond
- Establish effective sourcing strategies to identify and manage candidates across multiple roles
- Embed hiring processes, technologies and templates to streamline complex searches and hiring at volume
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience at each recruitment stage and develop a data-led approach to reporting and continuous improvement
- Effective collaboration with hiring teams to manage hiring requests
Requirements
- Have proven experience in recruitment in fast-pace, startup environments
- Cross-function experience with experience placing candidates across growth, operations, product and engineering roles
- Demonstrated talent magnet - has a strong contact list and a track record of finding great talent
- Fast and collaborative learner has an innate ability to understand complex and nuanced recruitment requests across business functions
- Can manage pipeline activity, candidate experience across multiple roles with ease
- Passion for recruitment - must be a high EQ, passionate individual that prioritises both the needs of the business with a great candidate experience
- An obsession with data and insights for reporting and a continuously improving recruitment engine
- Worked with product and engineering teams to design product-led growth - a positive
