About therole:
As a Customer Operations Executive, your role is to lead and own the customer service support for all customers contacting Uswitch, primarily via email. You will be responsible for replying to customer queries and complaints and escalating where required, ensuring all customers have the best experience possible.
As a core member of the Operations team, you’ll work closely with the Senior Operations Executive supporting them in updating energy product information on the website, including energy tariffs, boiler cover and new boiler information.
