Do you have previous experience working in a UK Agency or In-House recruitment position? Do enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced environment? If so, we want to hear from you.
Operating centrally within the organisation, you will be a pivotal part of the Recruitment Team, supporting vacancy resourcing and administration across all business functions. With previous recruitment administration/coordination experience, you will be a clear team player, comfortable screening and engaging with direct applications, as well as proactively sourcing passive candidates as required through various media. Working with the team and supporting multiple vacancies, you will also be working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, coordinating and arranging interviews, promoting best practice and ensuring a first-class candidate experience along the way.
With excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you will thrive in a busy recruitment environment, demonstrating a flexible, proactive approach to support effective delivery across the business.

Duties and Responsibilities
- 1st line response, filtering and screening of enquiries amp; direct applications
- Proactive resourcing
- Recruitment mailbox administration
- Maintaining internal ATS with accurate tracking notes and updates
- Job board amp; vacancy administration
- Coordinating meetings/interviews across company sites
- Providing timely and accurate feedback both internally and externally
- Talent pool administration
- Manage and maintain all relevant documentation/data administration
- Early Careers support, including attending associated events as required
- Ad-hoc and bespoke recruitment-based projects
Requirements
Skills and Experience
- Previous recruitment or recruitment admin/coordination experience preferred
- Experience utilising and maintaining ATS/HR Systems amp; job board platforms - desirable
- Strong people and collaborative working skills
- Proactive team player
- Effective sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent communication/telephone skills
- Strong administrative amp; time management/organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient Microsoft Office user
- UK Driving Licence
