Campaign Manager

We are searching for a Campaign Manager who specialises in B2B marketing campaigns. You could be joining a fast growing agency in Dorset soon because this is a great job with loads of responsibility in a very successful agency!

Salary: 32,000 to 40,000 depending on experience

Location: Poole, Dorset (hybrid, minimum 1 day per week in the office)

Job type: Maternity cover - 12 month contract.

Required skills amp; experience.

You need to be experienced and skillful at devising strategy and managing B2B marketing campaigns, communications and lead generation particularly across email, Linkedin and other social media.

Strong media planning experience is also necessary here. It could be across PPC / paid media but also in relevant publications like trade press and buying media for the campaigns (online and offline)

You’re skilled at consulting with clients and devising effective B2B marketing strategies for them, taking in mind their business and goals, their target audience, setting objectives and factoring in suitable channels like email, LinkedIn and relevant media planning required for each campaign.

Proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

Analytical and detail focused in order to analyse the results of the campaigns and communicate these effectively to clients and produce reports that show the results.

While agency experience isn’t essential, it would be advantageous if you’ve worked at a CRM, lead generation or marketing agency for B2B clients.
