We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Commercial Excellence, UKamp;I to join Norgine. The person holding this position will report to the General Manager, UKamp;I.

The core responsibility of the Head of Commercial Excellence, UKamp;I is to ensure sales and profitability targets for the Rx business are achieved. Leadership of the UKI commercial sales function (Rx), including the Hospital Business Managers and Key Account Managers (UKI FF). Execution of UKI marketing strategy amp; tactics, implement and measure a model of commercial excellence and SFE. Establish patient centric, high-performance culture. Ensure UKI FF is trained and compliant with appropriate Codes of Practice and company policies. Role model Norgine values amp; behaviours.

As Head of Commercial Excellence, UKamp;I, you will focus on the consistent achievement of commercial objectives for Rx business including sales, growth, and profit targets. Lead the UKI sales teams (FF), implement marketing strategy and achieve commercial targets and KPIs. Ensure meaningful insights from UKI FF are captured and shared within UKI team. Ensure UKI FF is fully complaint in relation all industry and company policies. Provide matrix leadership across all key functions and establish UKI as a centre for commercial excellence within Norgine. Member of the UKamp;I leadership team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Define commercial targets for successful implementation of brand strategy, sales target, SFE metrics, KPIs and incentive schemes for Rx portfolio.
  • Define and measure commercial excellence expectations with all commercial field-based roles in UKI FF including Hospital Business Managers ( 1st line managers) and KAMs.
  • Ensure appropriate tools and systems are developed and used to monitor performance, diagnose issues, and demonstrate best practice.
  • Develop comprehensive training program to ensure all skills, knowledge and behaviours required for UKI FF to perform duties to necessary standards.
  • Establish and foster a coaching culture within UKI FF, promoting continuous learning, feedback, and development to drive performance.
  • Ensure the UKI FF is fully trained and compliant with all requirements of industry and company polices including, product promotion and customer interaction (i.e PMCPA/ IPHA), Quality and Regulatory processes, PV, etc.
  • Lead national, regional, and local business planning process.

SKILLS amp; KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong commercial and people leadership experience within the UKI pharmaceutical environment, preferably in both first- and second-line management roles.
  • Demonstrated Marketing / Brand Management experience.
  • Breadth of pharma experience desirable (Market Access, Lamp;D, SFE or MSL).
  • Sound knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape, including health systems, policy, reimbursement and the regulatory environment in the UK and Ireland.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and coordinate teams without authority within a matrix environment.
  • Ability to network and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and within the marketplace.
  • Able to lead change and manage projects, from identifying issue to successful implementation.
  • Degree or equivalent qualifications in Science, Pharmacy, Commerce, or a related field.
