We have an exciting opportunity for a Hospital Business Manager, South East Region to join Norgine. The person holding this position will report to the Head of Commercial Excellence, UKamp;I. There will be an expectation to travel.

The core responsibility of the Hospital Business Manager is to ensure sales and profitability targets for region are achieved. Lead, develop and coach team of Key Account Managers. Local alignment and execution of UKI marketing strategy amp; tactics. Implementing Norgine UKI model of commercial excellence. Build and retain patient centric, high-performance team. Ensure KAM team is trained and compliant with appropriate Codes of Practice and company policies. Role model Norgine values amp; behaviours.

The Hospital Business Manager must focus on consistent achievement of regional commercial objectives for Rx business including sales, growth, and profit targets. Lead regional KAM team, local implementation of marketing strategy, achieve commercial targets and KPIs. Ensure KAM team is fully complaint in relation all industry and company policies. Provide leadership, management, and performance coaching across regional team to become centre for commercial excellence within Norgine.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Key Account Managers to achieve sales targets and objectives for Rx portfolio. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to ensure the team's success.
  • Sales Performance: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer acquisition. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate individual and team performance.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats. Utilise market insights to develop and adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure alignment and execution of commercial strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and budget plans. Utilise data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure the regional KAM team is fully trained and compliant with all requirements of industry and company polices including, product promotion and customer interaction (i.e PMCPA/ IPHA), Quality and Regulatory processes, PV, etc.
  • Business Planning: Develop, monitor, and deliver regional business plan and oversee creation and implementation of high-quality KAM planning process.

SKILLS amp; KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong commercial and people leadership experience within the UKI pharmaceutical environment.
  • Solid experience in pharma sales and/or KAM role
  • Breadth of pharma experience desirable (Marketing, Market Access, Lamp;D, MSL or SFE).
  • Sound knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape, including health systems, policy, reimbursement and the regulatory environment in the UK and Ireland.
  • Experienced coach, evidence of helping individuals and teams develop to their full potential.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and build high performing teams.
  • Able to drive results, individually and through teams.
  • Ability to network and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and within the marketplace.
