As Senior Customer Success Manager, will act in a post-sales role and must demonstrate leadership, strategy, and collaboration. We are looking for exceptional talent, ready to make an impact.By focusing our enabling our customer’s success and helping them achieve their desired business outcomes, you will become their trusted advisor responsible for extending the Protegrity footprint. Success in this role will be driven from a high level of curiosity and a structured approach to building new relationships, creating value for our customers, and ultimately booking new business.This position focuses on championing customer centric solutions and outcomes. You will work closely with support, services, sales and Ramp;D teams to enable positive customer experiences of our products. You will have a strong understanding of our customers’ business objectives, and the ability to identify and articulate how our solution supports achievement of customers’ strategic goals.This contributor should also possess enthusiasm and entrepreneurial skills to be successful in a semi-unstructured environment within a matrixed growth organization.Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with Account Executive or Account Director in defining and executing an Account Strategy.
  • Work with customers and Protegrity architects to assist and/or develop a solution plan for customer deployments and assist in its implementation in an advisory capacity.
  • Collaborate with customer on development, maintenance and execution of an Impact or Success Plan.
  • Help customers develop a roadmap for comprehensive data security across the enterprise and assist them to accomplish it
  • Assist with providing technical expertise and resolution to configuration and implementation issues at client sites, working closely with internal Protegrity teams
  • Become the client advocate and a trusted advisor for the client for all their data security needs
  • Develop productive relationships with stakeholders and manage the needs, requests and communication
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and technology developments relevant to customer and programmatic space
  • Be a single point-of-contact for process, interlocks, communications and technical issues for customers
  • Identify at-risk accounts and take appropriate action and/or escalate as needed
  • Identify and promote the investment in professional services as part of successful implementation of Protegrity software
  • Work with Support, Services and Training to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
  • Ensure positive customer experiences by proactively managing and growing customer relationships, including identifying key stakeholders.
  • Review client requests with technical support, or Product Management and take action as necessary
  • Schedule regular cadence to review the use of our products
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy.
Qualifications:
  • 5 + years experience with any of the cloud platforms AWS, Azure or GCP
  • 8-10 years overall experience in data analytics or application development out of which 3 to 5 years should have been as a technical consultant or technical project manager or customer success manager.
  • Consulting experience or Solutions architect experience with customer facing skills is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at a senior management level
  • Ability to build relationships quickly to identify opportunities and transform them into action
  • Ability to travel 50% to 60%
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and track details
  • Energetic, motivated and self-driven to learn and master new technology
