Job Description
We're looking for a Account Coordinator to join our Carrier Team!
Someone to help manage the carrier/Sorted relationship, in conjunction with our Carrier SME. This is an opportunity for someone to come in, add value to Sorted, whilst given the opportunity to grow.

We have great new offices next door to Manchester Piccadilly Station. Ideally we would like you in 2-3 days per week, or more if you prefer.

Requirements
The day-to-day stuff:
No two days are ever the same at Sorted so what you’ll be up to will vary. The pace we move at also means priorities will change and you’ll need to be comfortable with this (we’ll support you!). But these are the things that will be core to your role and will keep you busy.
· Engaging with existing carriers, supporting the Sorted/Carrier relationship.
· Providing support to our internal teams for the operational running of an allocated portfolio of carriers
· Interrogate carrier data amp; processes to identify and drive internal / external improvements to improve productivity/performance and decrease the cost to serve, be that for Sorted, the carrier or both.
· Process amp; manage change requests from the carrier.
· Engagement with Delivery Leads amp; Product Managers to ensure on-time delivery of carrier change requests.
· Engaging with new carriers, facilitating the onboarding to Sorted’s platforms.
· Involved in key event planning, including ‘Peak’ planning.
ABOUT YOU
· A ‘can do’ attitude
· Worked in an external facing role
· Strong organisational amp; planning skills
· Work effectively with minimum supervision
· Gravitas to engage with amp; gain the respect of peers
· Demonstrable stakeholder management (internal amp; external), able to manage participants to achieve the aims.
· Excellent communication skills, including written, presentational, analytical amp; verbal.
And it would be super great if you had:
· Worked for a retailer in a similar field or a carrier in a client facing role
· Basic knowledge of carriers amp; the carrier market.
· Experience of a SaaS or managed service business.
· Experience of retail/logistics
· Account Management experience.
· Experience of data insight management.
· Experience of contract negotiations.
· You know what it’s like to work in a scale up company and love the vibe (and sometimes chaos!)
