Job Description

Due to the continued growth and development of one of our existing accounts, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Creative Senior Account Manager to join the team.The client is a well-loved restaurant brand, and this role involves delivering a variety of projects involving;creative design, media planning, print production and digital outputs.

Providing day to day support to the client and team, you will deliver excellent levels of client service and delivery throughinterrogating client requirements and translating them into thorough and insightful briefs for our creative teams.Managing the end to end process, you’ll have excellent time management confident juggling multiple projects, working under pressure to tight deadlines and being responsive to changing priorities.

A passion for creative is a must, along with a keen eye for detail. You’ll have a positive, level-headed approach, and will be a safe pair of hands to be relied on. Flexible and adaptable, you’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with experience managing larger projects along with juggling smaller, reactive ones. Joining a supportive and welcoming team, you’ll work closely with the Creative Account Director to deliver exceptional creative projects, whilst building a positive internal culture.

A knowledge of managing small scale print jobs will be helpful within this role being knowledgable when manageing print suppliers and ensuring our final output is to the specifications and standards required for production.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking briefs from clients and liaising with required internal/external teams to manage projects through from start to completion
  • Working closely with our scheduling and creative teams to ensure projects are on time, on-brand and meet the brief
  • Being the gatekeeper of quality; ensuring all work the client sees has been sense checked and is of the highest quality before being shared
  • Demonstrating knowledge of client ways of working when relaying briefs and feeding back; using instinct and insight combined with a good understanding of the client to assess creative
  • Leading on end to end delivery of key projects including managing resource, presenting client work and translating client feedback
  • Developing and maintaining project timelines, including accommodating last minute client amends and changing priorities, assessing project risks and escalating as necessary
  • Working closely with internal teams including print and production; sharing regular updates and flagging anything impacting specific print and in-restaurant deadlines
  • Working in collaboration with the client offering recommendations and presenting considered thoughts and solutions
  • Demonstrating strong organisation by regularly updating and sharing status reports
  • Helping with account growth and client development through managing relationships and identifying new opportunities
  • Assisting with financial management tracking spend and ensuring jobs are invoiced correctly and on time
  • Ensuring all quality-control policies are adhered to through the implementation and continuous monitoring of best practice, while continuously looking to improve ways of working

  • Solid knowledge of creative processes with a strong marketingbackground

  • Strong commercial acumen for accurate job estimation, invoicing and budget management

Professional Experience

  • Experience of working in an agency / account management environment,or a client-side marketing role (or a mix of both)

Desirable skills

  • Experience working closely with creative team.
  • Hospitality / Famp;Bbrand experience beneficial but not essential.
