A Day In The LifeWe are looking for a passionate and hands on UX/UI designer to join our small but highly ambitious design team. Reporting in to the Head of Design you’ll focus on working on many aspects of the business with a strong focus on performance and optimisation.This is an amazing opportunity to join a value and mission led team at an exciting high growth business. In this role you’ll be able to see the impact of your work and be able to both own and see out projects from start to finish, using performance data and insights to guide your design-thinking. You’ll also have the opportunity to roll out an exciting rebrand which the team will be leading later this year.

- UX-Driven Design:Apply UX principles to conceptualise and design high-performance customer acquisition and retention pages. Working closely with our Growth Team to analyse performance and testing data to continually optimise designs.
- Visual Asset Production:Generate high-quality visual assets for digital marketing, CRM , and website updates, ensuring alignment with the PetLab Co. brand across diverse platforms.
- Brand Guardian:Uphold PetLab Co.'s brand integrity, acting as a brand ambassador to maintain quality, consistency, and exceptional standards on all platforms.
- Collaborative Ideation:Engage in collaborative sessions with the design team to ideate and align designs with business objectives, fostering innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Presentation and Iteration:Confidently present and refine designs based on feedback, aligning with brand guidelines and user expectations through an iterative design process.
- Knowledge Sharing:Collaborate with the design team to share insights and best practices, contributing to a dynamic and innovative design environment.
- Trend Awareness:Stay updated on current design trends to keep PetLab Co. ahead in the pet supplements industry.
- Personal Development:Take ownership of personal development, actively seeking growth opportunities and staying current on design tools and industry best.
Requirements
What You Need
- Proven UX/UI experience in within a Direct-to-Consumer, B2C or ecommerce company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design, performance marketing assets in a diverse range of projects.
- Proficiency in design tools; Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and work through multiple iterations to the campaign objectives
- Creative and strategic thinker. Able to ideate alternative solutions and strategies
