We are looking for a digital marketing specialist with multi-platform and multi-discipline experience. This is both a performance marketing and brand marketing role with the ideal candidate having experience of using both to drive efficient and sustainable growth.

You will have a deep understanding of full funnel strategies and experience allocating spend between different tactics based on seasonality and other factors to maximise ROI in-line with the Rurco sales plan and other strategic objectives.

You will be naturally pro-active, entrepreneurial and assertive in a role that is both business critical and highly visible within the organisatioin. Beyond hands-on platform expertise (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok), you will drive creative optimisation (formats, content, messaging) and lead and report on data (trends, patterns, analysis).

Attitude, drive and the willingness to take ownership are core personality traits required to be successful in this role.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Lead, plan and execute digital marketing campaign strategy and execution covering all paid digital marketing channels.
  • Lead and develop the creative process and concepts for digital marketing campaigns ensuring this is maximised for brand awareness, consideration and lead generation.
  • Lead the design and implementation of measurement systems that actively measure, manage, optimise and communicate the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Research and understand our services, audiences and competitor activity.
  • Research and understand the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics to ensure we adopt best practice.

Requirements

This role is for you if you have/are:

  • Significant experience across paid media - social, search, programmatic required. A minimum of four years experience is considered to be required, however candidates with less work experience but exceptional backgrounds may be considered.
  • Experience in growth hacking tactics, SEO, affiliate and partnership would be advantageous.
  • A deep understanding of customer behaviour and how digital marketing should be optimised to contribute to growth goals and conversion through the funnel.
  • High-level of proficiency in Meta and Google Ads and comfortable planning, creating, executing and measuring campaigns.
  • Proficiency with quantitative and data visualisation tools to extract insights, including multi-touch attribution, marketing automation, A/B testing and beyond.
  • Experience in Google Analytics and handling large and complex data sets to drive actionable insights.
  • Highly collaborative, and can align with a range of stakeholders across commercial, creative and product teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Supremely organised with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and function indepdendtly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
