Sales Executive - Reactive Services

Location: Aylesbury Office (HP19 8DB)

Salary: Up to 25,500 plus commissionable earnings (on target will deliver an additional 500 per month for sales over target).

A quick look at the role.

The Sales Executive role is part our Reactive Services Sales Team and day to day, the role will see you quote reactive services work as and when it is required.

The role will also see you grow the revenue of the division to meet the team targets and this will be achieved by generating new reactive services business from existing and new clients.

The role is based from our office in Aylesbury and the hours/shifts will be Monday to Friday working 9am to 5pm.

  • The Reactive Services Sales Executive will assess incoming enquiries and identify the appropriate solution/sub-contractor where applicable and build a quote for the work.
  • The Sales Executive will liaise with internal partners and external suppliers to ensure the needs of the customer are met.
  • The Sales Executive will handle all supplier escalations from the account management and customer service teams to ensure a full resolution for the customer.
  • The role will see sales executive maintain and develop positive supplier relationships while also liaising and working closely with key internal stakeholders such as Depots, Customer Service and Account Managers.

  • Experience of working to clearly defined service delivery KPI’s.
  • Knowledge and/or experience of delivering continuous improvement within an Operational or Service environment.
  • Experience of working in a sales role with targets.
  • An understanding of the requirements of working within a time critical service would be a benefit.
  • Strong administrational experience.

The Reactive Service Sales Executive must be:

  • Confident and assertive.
  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to manage their own workload effectively while keeping to strict deadlines.
  • Robust and resilient while being able to absorb pressure and respond positively.
  • Able to communicate with conviction, plan with precision and most importantly, play well with others.
  • Computer literate and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
