Requirements

• Dive into the development of backend services using Node.js, emphasising agility and speed.
• Contribute to building a scalable and efficient platform that evolves with the needs of our startup.

• Collaborate with our team to leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS for rapid and scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Optimise cloud infrastructure on the fly for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Build Node.js Microservices
• Use GraphQL and AWS Eventbridge to coordinate cross-service communication

• Embrace Kubernetes for rapid container orchestration, ensuring quick deployment and scalability.
• Be part of a DevOps culture that values continuous integration and automated deployments.

• Implement and refine database solutions using Couchbase
• Contribute to maintaining data consistency, integrity, and performance.

• Thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely in a cross-functional team.
• Participate in rapid iteration cycles, problem-solving, and refining features based on user feedback.

• Be proactive in troubleshooting and resolving backend issues swiftly.

Node.js, GraphQL, Google Cloud, AWS, Kubernetes, and Couchbase.

• You’ve got proven experience as a Backend Developer
• You’re comfortable working in a cloud environment using containers
