We’re looking for an experienced Junior Salesforce Developer with demonstrable experience of designing and creating automated solutions from business requirements. Our heavily customised org includes a mix of both coded and declarative solutions, and while programmatic skills are ‘nice to have’ for this particular role, we would provide ample support for anyone keen to expand their skills into that area.
Responsibilities
• Participate in daily stand ups and regular meetings as an agile team member
• Design, build and maintain automated processes
• Work with cross-functional engineering teams on integration projects
• Support BAU problems
• Contribute ideas to solve business problems - everyone’s voice is heard!
Requirements
• Certified Salesforce Administrator (or demonstrable extensive experience of declarative development/configuration of flows, processes, validation rules, sharing hierarchy)
• Experience with external integrations (connected apps, Apex callouts, outbound messaging)
• Have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
• Experience working in a fast paced Agile environment
• Experience of troubleshooting from exception logs
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams
• Be able to take responsibility for a piece of work from start to finish.
Desirable:
• Marketing Cloud Knowledge.
• Experience of working in an Agile environment and using tools such as JIRA
• Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
• Experience with AI models, in the Salesforce stack or other external services (eg Intent endpoints)
