About the Role:

As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team across the entire project lifecycle, from business development and project planning to conducting financial and legal analyses. Your responsibilities will extend beyond client interactions, encompassing internal projects and research initiatives. Embrace our hybrid working model, allowing you to balance your time between home, the office, and client sites, with potential travel opportunities outside the UK.

Possible tasks:

  • Researching information and analysing data.
  • Assessing business plans, cash flow models, valuations, and monthly financial performance.
  • Drafting official reports, analysis, and presentations for submission to global competition authorities.
  • Liaising with external technical experts and synthesizing information from research and business materials.
  • Supporting compliance monitoring and assessment of potential purchasers of divestment businesses.
  • Building professional relationships with external stakeholders and contributing to sales and business development processes.

Requirements

  • Are native or fluent speakers (business setting) of Portuguese, Spanish, or German.
  • Express concepts with authority and conviction through verbal and written communication.
  • Think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and deliver work effectively.
  • Learn quickly about various industries and businesses.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and business strategy analysis skills.
