Karumba Consulting, a dynamic and client-focused consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Programme Manager with extensive experience of B2B and B2C digital transformations to orchestrate groundbreaking digital solutions for a multi-national client. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering the eCommerce strategy of one of our distinguished global clients.

This is a backfill position on a Tier 1 programme for the client and one of 4 CxO priorities. The client delivery team is established and you will be supported by a Programme Director from Karumba. While there are areas of improvement, the client is on a good trajectory and this is not a programme recovery.
The engagement will be an initial 12-month fixed-term within IR35 with a hybrid working model from the Client's London office. As some senior stakeholders are based outside the UK, some EU travel is anticipated.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee multiple B2B and B2C digital transformation workstreams, ensuring successful execution and delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
- Build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships with the programme stakeholders at VP and SVP level
- Understand, arbitrate and manage the business needs and contentions of the business regions
- Enhance the governance capability by bringing and embedding good programme and project practices
- Work closely with the business sponsors and provide periodic status updates to the CEO
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of programme management, most of which will be in a consulting firm
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex programmes in B2B and B2C digital transformation in the private sector
- Solid understanding of digital technologies and trends, with experience in implementing solutions such as cloud computing, AI, CRM and data analytics
- Demonstrable experience of implementing programme governance sized to fit the culture
- Extensive experience managing multinational senior stakeholders
- Demonstrable communication and presentation skills
- German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode at the client's offices in London and travel to EU offices for meetings as required
