Job Description

Join our established and friendly WCS Group Sales Team in Belfast, and take part in an exciting opportunity!

Initially, you'll be stepping in as maternity cover for our existing Internal Sales Executive. But don't worry, this is just the start of your journey towards becoming a Field Sales Account Manager.

As an Internal Sales Executive at our Belfast office, you'll play a vital role in supporting our field sales Account Managers. Your responsibilities will include generating one-off quotes and contract renewals using our CRM system Goldvision, our Company quoting tool. You'll also assist our field sales staff with Water Hygiene Contract renewals. Plus, you'll follow up on unconverted sales desk quotes and renewals on their behalf, and manage and nurture basic allocated "House Accounts" to ensure client satisfaction and seize upselling opportunities.

You'll be the main point of communication and information flow for our clients, ensuring that all necessary reporting and documentation is delivered accurately and on time.

Succeeding in this role will pave the way for your promotion to a Field Sales Account Manager.

Requirements

  • Create 'low complexity Quote' on behalf of Field Sales Staff
  • Assist Field Sales Staff in water hygiene contract renewals
  • Systemically follow up unconverted sales desk quotes on behalf of Field Sales
  • Manage and nurture basic allocated 'House Accounts' to ensure client satisfaction and upsell where possible

Key Performance Indicators:

  • The number of Quotes produced per quarter
  • The proportion Quotes that converted to sale
  • The incremental revenue performance of low risk, low value ‘House Accounts’ for which the Sales Desk Executive is accountable
  • The average turnaround time of low complexity Quotes issued in each quarter in line with our KPIs;
  • Customer satisfaction/ teamwork

SMART Targets:

  • Number of quotes per quarter
  • Conversion rates of quotes
  • Defending annual House Account budget
