Job Description

Vortexa was founded to solve the immense information gap that exists in the energy industry. By using massive amounts of new satellite data and pioneering work in artificial intelligence, Vortexa creates an unprecedented view of global energy flows in real-time, bringing transparency and efficiency to the energy markets and helping society as a whole.

Having secured over $60mil in funding, we are embarking on a period of rapid growth.

The role

Due to our ongoing growth, we're seeking a highly organised intern, to support our creative operations management. Ideally this will be February - August, with potential scope for extension.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Content Production Support:
    • Assist in the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to execution.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
    • Aid in coordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure smooth workflow.
    • Assist in organising and maintaining project documentation and assets.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Participate in quality checks to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and meets established standards.
  • Creative Tools and Platforms:
    • Learn and use various content management systems, creative tools, and digital platforms to support content initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing support and being a part of a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Role Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communications, or a related field).
  • Passion for creative processes, creating timelines, marketing amp; content creation.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of content management systems and creative software is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
