Job Description

KCP Network, an information technology and services company, is seeking a Warehouse amp; Fleet Manager to join its dynamic team. As Warehouse amp; Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations including organising supplies, stock control and distributing products across our internal team of field engineers. You will also have responsibility for managing and maintaining the fleet of vehicles including deploying vehicles to assigned Engineers making sure each vehicle contains the correct tools and equipment for each dispatch.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Warehouse, Logistics, and Fleet Management or in similar roles
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all arrangements and documentation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, best practises and feel management
  • Knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration functions such as word processors, spreadsheets and specialised office management tools.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices, and committed to creating a safe working environment
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and fleet management softwares
  • Experience with Acumatica software would be a great advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address operational issues promptly.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing arrangements and schedules.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all warehouse operations including organising supplies, stock control and distributing products to Engineers.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximise productivity and minimise errors.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfil customer orders promptly including processing, picking, packing and shipping operations
  • Plan and optimise transportation routes for cost-effective and timely deliveries
  • Implement strategies to improve order fulfilment efficiency
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair and servicing of the company’s fleet of vehicles
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for fleet operations
  • Utilise fleet management software for real-time tracking, monitoring and optimisation
  • Deploying vehicles to assigned Engineers making sure each vehicle contains the correct tools and equipment for each dispatch.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Warehouse management systems, Fleet management software and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practises in warehouse and fleet operations
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
