The role:
You will be joining a new team as an IT Business Analyst, working within a scale-up and fast-moving environment. You will be surrounded by a team of experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow. As part of a new delivery team you will work with internal stakeholders, external vendors, Team Leads, PM's and ScrumMasters to deliver optimization and transformation projects across the Digital and SAP systems landscape.
We are looking for an IT Business Analystwith a strong understanding of the SAP Sales and Distribution module and/or Digital Systems; CMS, CRM and Azure DevOps. You will capture and manage business user requirements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as part of an 'Ineos Agile' and Scrum focused delivery team.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- University degree desired
- Determining the present and future business processes
- Maintaining the quality of IT services and products
- Installing elements of systems design, including wireframes, business rules, data migration rules and other detailed deliverables
- Facilitating the discussion of requirements among stakeholders and documenting requirements to provide data-driven recommendations
- Assisting with acceptance integration and testing and developing project plans
- Reporting to business leaders and stakeholders
- Gathering intelligence from corporate executives and middle mangers about needs and future growth
- Strong SAP or Digital Systems experience required - within automotive and/or commercial is advantageous
- Experience across the SAP Modules:Sales and Distribution; Knowledge of functionalities of master data, manufacturing, and integration to logistics.
- Experience Digital Systems, such as CMS (Sitecore), CRM (Salesforce) and Azure DevOps
- Business process re-engineering, change management and GAP analysis
- SAP / Digital systems Business Analysis experience across the investigation, analysis, design, build and testing of applications
- Scrum and Agile
