We have an exciting opportunity for an Artwork Coordinator to join Norgine on a Fixed-Term basis until August 2024. The person holding this position will report to the Artwork Manager and be a member of the CI Department.

The core responsibility of the of Artwork Coordinator is to manage the approval process for all artwork changes and identify and help rectify any issues that may occur due to these artwork changes. You will be responsible for managing, prioritising and monitoring the update of packaging component artworks prior to implementation at site in order to ensure global Regulatory compliance. This also includes the development and implementation of new products and new pack changes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Co-ordinate artwork approval process of printed packaging components to meet packaging design and legislation requirements for each new product, new packs or changes to existing packaging
  • Monitor, manage and control artwork changes
  • To manage and maintain the Artwork Trackers amp; Systems
  • To ensure artwork PDF’s are maintained and latest versions are readily available
  • Brief artwork house and suppliers on artwork and packaging requirements
  • To request new/updated site codes amp; edge codes to appear on artwork components (as applicable) and work with Pack Technologist to ensure the correct technical drawings are being used
  • To act as SME for artwork in project teams, assist in management of artwork Projects (as appropriate)
  • Support Regulatory in developing artwork for registration applications
  • Maintain relationships with print suppliers and the artwork studio to support timely completion of activities to ensure metrics are maintained
  • Work closely with Manufacturing and Supply functions to assess impact of artwork implementation on production schedules
  • Liaise with relevant internal and external suppliers/departments to assist with implementation being achieved effectively and on time

SKILLS amp; KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong project management, planning, analytical and organisation skills
  • Knowledge of print processes and techniques, common production challenges, along with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions in real-time
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver against specific deadlines
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Knowledge of GMP and Regulatory issues reference packaging and artwork
