Job Description
Working hours and Pay: Typically, Monday Friday 8am to 5pm, door to door payment, with much greater potential for generously paid overtime and discretionary bonus scheme.
Salary: 23k-33k and dependent on experience
The successful candidate will be based in the Slough area and cover the South East and London region
As a Water Hygiene Engineer, you will be involved in the servicing and maintenance of all types of systems and water treatment equipment.
Main duties:
- Temperature checks and monitoring
- Water Sampling
- TMV Servicing
- Shower cleans
- Tank inspections and cleans
- Chlorination work
- Following a preventative maintenance program as instructed.
- Providing same-day service reports as required.
- Ensuring records are maintained
Desirable experience:
Cooling Tower Cleaning, Closed System Dosing and Sampling, ClO2 experience.
Requirements
You will have experience of ACoP L8 (Legionnaires) and water safety standards. You will work within the guidance provided by HSG 274, water system monitoring and sampling including associated company documents and guidance.
