A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Bedford Service Centre. As an Administrator within Righton Blackburns, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office activities whilst providing support to the Sales amp; Operations teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Company, and will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated and dynamic team of professionals. The role is office based, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm with full product training and support provided.
Responsibilities
- Work within a variety of agreed systems and liaise with appropriate personnel.
- Investigate any shortages or excesses between physical stock and computer records identifying the cause of such problems.
- Maintaining filing and archiving systems and general administration housekeeping.
- Administer direct delivery to customers.
- Generate and be accountable for all invoices and proof of deliveries.
- Deal with cash sales quickly and efficiently.
- Meet and greet with customers and visitors, as required.
- Manage suppliers’ deliveries effectively.
- Accurately use sales and purchase ledgers.
- Understand and operate stock control and accounting systems.
Requirements
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and organise accordingly in a timely manner with a strong attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively and liaise with a variety of internal personnel and external customers.
- Ability towork independently and as part of a team so that all deadlines are met.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written, verbal amp; numeracy skills.
