This role must be able to be in person in the London office on average 2-3 times per week and be flexible to travel all over the UK.
Our current London office location is Soho, a couple of minutes’ walk from Oxford Circus or Tottenham Court Road tube stations. We have our own office plus access to all WorkLife offices across the UK.

Position Summary amp; Requirements
This a truly great opportunity to build on the great work that our current Financial Controller (interim) has been establishing throughout our UK based SME.
This role is a standalone senior finance role reporting directly into the CEO and supported by our Global CFO and financial adviser.
You will have great experiences (5 years min) from a similar level role and be qualified and chartered in one of the following: ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
This role will have the overall responsibility for the finance function at Sysdoc UK.
Key tasks:
· Achieve consistent low overdue debt levels within a tolerance of no more than 5% on total revenue each month.
· Timesheet/expense submission gt;5% of total submission.
· Timesheet/expense posting by Monday each week no less than 95% total of all timesheets and expenses.
· Upskilling and coaching of key stakeholders to ensure they are compliant.
· Billing completion at working day +5.
· Month end closure and Management Reporting at working day + 8.
· Taking on board regular and measured constructive feedback from the Leadership Team and CEO to ensure the business understands and responds well to the Ramp;Rs of finance.
· Ownership and development of all financial aspects of our systems.
· Getting out and about around the business and being visible in person both on client site and Sysdoc office/s several times a month.
· Pro-actively reporting accurately and timely on an agreed set of key financial performance measures.
· Ensure that commercial awareness is centrally important to all in the business and communicated effectively throughout the month via various methods.
· Dramatically reduce financial admin (where possible) and pro-actively promote frictionless and OnDemand approaches through current system/s.
