Talent Acquisition Manager
Location Hybrid / Some travel to FI centres, London amp; UK-wide

Reports to: Strategic HR Manager

Annual salary: 50,000 full time, 37.5 hours per week

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for our growing company.

Requirements

Reporting to and working closely with the Strategic HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Manager is a key role within the Central HR team, with a wide range of recruitment, reporting and administrative duties. This role will own the end-to-end talent acquisition processes of First Intuition from helping Heads of Department to determine the needs of their growing teams and to identify skills gaps, to managing our ATS and coordinating interviews. The role also has responsibility for ensuring job adverts are effective and on-brand, and that our applicants have an excellent recruitment experience, regardless of whether they are hired. Providing support to hiring managers will give the successful candidate the chance to add real value and flex their expertise.

The candidate will be an experienced recruitment professional, with a proven track record of planning and delivering successful sourcing and recruitment campaigns. Flexibility is important as this role is part of a new and growing HR Department. We all work closely together as a small, friendly, and service-driven team. Line management experience is desirable. An enhanced DBS check is a requirement for the role, in line with safeguarding due diligence.

Duties and responsibilities to include:

· Working with Heads of Department to determine current people resourcing needs

· Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies and campaigns to attract qualified candidates

· Creating and maintaining job descriptions and job specifications

· Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

· Staying up-to-date with current hiring trends and best practice

· Ensuring legal compliance with all aspects of adverts and the selection process

· Producing forecasts and contributing to the hiring plan

· Managing the ATS, and maintaining recruitment records

· Working closely with the HR amp; Payroll Adviser to support seamless onboarding

· Leading employment branding initiatives and exploring opportunities to improve our offering in the UK job market

· Performing sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs

· Planning and conducting recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)

· Taking steps to ensure positive candidate experience, in partnership with the wider HR team

· Assisting in employee retention, identifying gaps / opportunities for skills development

· Partnering with hiring managers from identification of a vacancy through to making an offer

· Organising and attend career fairs, assessment centres etc as required

· Producing and analysing management reports, ensuring objectives are monitored and met as closely as possible

· Monitoring and managing the careers email inbox

Qualifications and skills:

Essential:

· Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager (minimum of 5 years in recruitment role)

· In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding strategies

· Working knowledge and experience of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases

· Understanding of a variety of recruitment assessment methodologies

· Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

· Proficient in the use of social media and job boards

· Strong understanding of employment legislation and regulations

· Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
