We are excited to recruit our first internal Talent Acquisition Partner at Insite Energy! You’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent and building out a consistent and effective selection process across the company. Reporting to the People amp; Culture Manager, you’ll have the freedom to design and deliver the future talent acquisition approach for the company, helping Insite Energy to fulfil its recruitment needs, whether for replacement hires, skill enhancements, or strategic growth.

As the internal expert in talent acquisition, you’ll be establishing and executing recruitment strategies, reducing the reliance on external recruiters, streamlining and optimising the hiring process for our hiring managers, and ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience. With a focus on quality and cultural fit, this role contributes to Insite Energy’s long-term success by building a skilled and motivated workforce.

Responsibilities

We anticipate that the role will oversee the hiring activities for around 25-30 roles per annum across our field based and office based teams. You’ll be responsible for:

·Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial job requisition through candidate onboarding. This includes creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, building direct sourcing capabilities, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offers.

· Talent Sourcing: Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.

·Assist in Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit through effective interviews and assessment tools, and ensuring the hiring managers are asking the right questions and selecting for the right attributes.

·Employer Branding: Enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice, creating and promoting compelling job listings and maintaining a positive candidate experience. Create great content for building out a careers section on the website and other external platforms, including LinkedIn.

·Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

·Candidate Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

·Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis to advise on market-related insights for recruitment. Assist with role pay benchmarking exercises.

·Records Management, Metrics and Reporting: Make recommendations on applicant tracking software (Workable and Indeed currently used). Implement new data recording and maintain recruitment data, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to management on the status of ongoing recruitment initiatives.

·Compliance: Ensure compliance with UK recruitment and data protection legislation, equal opportunity regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
