Wholesale Systems Specialist - full time, permanent (37.5 hours per week).

Hybrid Working (Burgh Heath, Epsom)

Grade - 4

Salary - Competitive dependant on skills and experience

Upto 10% bonus

Requirements

For this role the ideal candidate will need:-

  • to be able to work in a busy processing environment
  • have funding systems experience
  • to be a confident communicator who will be able to articulate with stakeholders internally and externally
  • to have a methodical and structured approach to tasks and the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • some SOPRA knowledge

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the set up and maintenance of dealers in the Wholesale Funding System
  • Manage the set up and maintenance of all Wholesale Funding Plans
  • Ensure base rates are maintained correctly in the Wholesale Funding System
  • Manage the processes to update system credit limits in accordance with the latest credit reviews
  • Manage the system administration of wholesale funding stocking facilities
  • Manage the system administration of current accounts, term loans and mortgages
  • Manage the proessing of Retail Concept funding facilities
  • Ensure the dealer network operate within approved credit limit at all times
  • Prepare, manipulate and distribute monthly limits and utilisation reports
  • Act as first point of contact for escalations
  • Support the administration of credit analysts review output

IDEAL PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • PC skills (Excel and Word) essential
  • Able to multitask
  • Self motivated - must be a self starter, who is able to manage own workload and identify best approach and resolve issues
  • Attention to detail
