Job Description

A great opportunity to join our amazing customer service team in the waste and recycling industry.

  • Centrica Waste Executive (Customer Service)
  • 23,500 Salary
  • Aylesbury (Office Based)
  • Permanent
  • Working hours between 8am - 7pm Monday to Friday (7.5hour shifts) to cover the phones
  • Rota for the occasional Saturday shift from 10am to 2pm (this is paid at overtime rate)

The role of Centrica Waste Executive is a support role, providing a positive and proactive service to corporate customers and domestic customers with one-off or specialist clearance requirements. Setting up contracts, raising purchase orders, inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails, escalations and account management.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customers, has excellent communications skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Ideally you will have some experience within a customer service environment. Knowledge of Microsoft office would be helpful but training is available for the right applicant.
