Job Description

A great opportunity to join our amazing customer services management team in the waste and recycling industry.

  • Senior Waste Management Executive
  • Salary upto 26,500 (dependant on experience)
  • Aylesbury HP19
  • Working 9am - 5pm

You will be supporting the team manager in the day to day running of the team. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be the primary contact for the team to respond and resolve client complaints in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Meeting agreed daily targets and supporting the team with their targets also.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customers, has excellent communications skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Ideally you will have some experience within a customer service environment and knowledge of Microsoft office would be helpful.

Key Responsibilities amp; Accountabilities:

  • To be primary contact for the team to respond and resolve client complaints in a timely, accurate and professional manner
  • To take ownership of client complaints, and resolve to a high standard
  • To maintain accurate data for all staff interactions and statistics
  • To meet agreed daily targets and support the team in reaching their targets.
  • To build a strong working relationship with the team, be approachable and to setup regular 1-2-1 meetings with the team to review their performance levels
  • To respond sensitively and professionally to complaints by telephone, email and liaise with the depot to resolve complaints in a timely manner
  • To be willing to take calls when required and assist the team with any questions they may have
  • To build and develop strong relationships within the team dynamic.
  • To identify and support implementation of process improvements
