We are looking for an Export Sales Operations Administrator to join our Sales team. This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth coordination of customer management, logistics, production, and warehousing activities to meet our export business goals.
As an Export Sales Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and delivered in line with agreed in-market dates. Your primary responsibilities will include managing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, production, and warehouse activities.

Requirements
You should have experience in a similar export logistics administration role as well as experience in managing export paperwork. You should be familiar with shipping practices and handling methods. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be an effective planner with the ability to multi-task.
This role is homebased with occasional travel to our Ochils site in Blackford, Perthshire so you must be within a reasonable commutable distance from the office. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm with a 30-minute lunch break (37.5 hours). We are flexible on start and finish times. Salary is 24,000 - 28,000 depending on experience plus benefits including 34 days holiday, up to 10% employer pension contributions, free Health Cash plan, and others as detailed.
