The Opportunity:

The digital operations administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the digital ad-ops team. This primary objective is to support the team in achieving their goals effectively and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early career professional to gain a deeper understanding of digital ad operations and gain experience in delivery tools in social media, Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics.

What will you be doing as Digital Operations Administrator?

  • Responsible for daily moderation of user generated comments on our family announcement pages and social adverts to ensure they comply with our community standards.
  • Responsible for conducting regular mapping of the ad space across our network of websites, and working closely with the onsite delivery team, assisting in identifying issues that could be impacting ad delivery.
  • Collaborating with the delivery team with the production of end-of- campaign reports, coordinating with the on-site and off-site delivery team to pull data from multiple sources.
  • Collaborating with content, creative and sales to ensure the delivery team has all the assets and information required to deliver campaigns within the required deadlines.
  • Developing an understanding of ad delivery tools across Meta, LinkedIn and Google ad manager.
  • Responsible for the completion of other ad hoc administrative tasks throughout the department as required.

  • Competent in use of Microsoft Office package, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

This is a full-time, 6-month fixed term position, working 35 hours per week based out of either Dundee, Aberdeen or Glasgow office.The role presents the opportunity for hybrid working that must include regular office attendance.
