Reports to:Operations Manager
Job Type:Full-Time (40h/week), Permanent, On Site

The Role

Customers amp; Experience

• Innovate and maintain the best experience for our Rebels in your club, setting the example for outstanding customer service to your team.
• Build a supportive and welcoming environment for every customer, fostering a sense of community with everyone who walks through the door.

People amp; Leadership

• Cultivate the 1Rebel culture within your team; recruiting, training, and managing Front of House and Cleaning team members.
• Inspire and motivate your team, focusing on customer service and supporting their development and growth within the company.
• Efficiently and flexibly manage the club's rota, ensuring optimal staffing levels without unnecessary overspending.

Club Financial Performance

• Collaborate with the finance team to achieve club revenue targets, while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Drive smoothie bar and retail sales, ensuring operational excellence and maximizing daily sales, working closely with the Head of Bar and Head of Retail.
• Manage bar and retail stock, ensuring products are front of mind with customers and stock takes are accurate.
• Monitor club attendance, identifying opportunities to improve performance.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the health and fitness industry, with at least 1 year in a management role.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Must be reliably available to travel to central London on location in the club.
