The company are in a period of growth/change and are now looking to recruit a Sales/Account Manager on a permanent basis. The role will be to proactively manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring that customers are looked after as well as maximising client spend. The role will well suit an individual who's had experience in managing and uplifting existing clients, is commercially sales focused whilst delivering an excellence customer experience. Responsibilities/Duties:
- Deliver on targeted sales level at the required GP benchmark
- To prioritise your customer base and create a proactive contact regime to maintain and grow existing customers.
- Ensure that the customer experience is the best it can be
- To ensure that any customer receives a quote within 24 hours of the visit or MSI.
- To deliver with your Sales Support Exec the targeted number of MSI’s per week.
- Every interaction with a customer email, phone call, face to face, WhatsApp must be logged on the HubSpot CRM in detail with a task to follow up.
- Any and every enquiry from a customer or a prospective new customer must be registered as a deal on HubSpot so that it can be tracked through to being won.
- Close catchup meeting held each day at 7.30 with the Sales Support Executive to plan the day and ensure everything is being followed through.
- Any other Duties as required by your Line Manager
