Our Media Centre marketing automation platform gives visibility and control of every aspect of our clients' marketing activity. It manages the marketing operations of around 60 blue-chip clients, including Mamp;S, Heineken, PUMA, JLR, Sainsbury's, Renault and KFC.

Our technology is supported by a range of market-leading services, including our Birmingham-based digital agency, 250 million in print management, an eCRM division, which sends out four billion personalised communications a year, a retail strategy agency, comprehensive local marketing programmes, and a 220-seat, 24/7 artworking studio creating over three million assets a year.

As Account Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the management, development and delivery of the customer's POS communications - from customer relationship development and strategic development, through to briefing and execution.

The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to;

  • On time in full delivery of POS and other printed marketing collateral
  • Building good working relationships with key suppliers
  • Completion of account specific management information/reporting

  • A partnership working approach with the client
  • Strong leadership of external printers and internal colleagues which will be instrumental in on time delivery.
  • Understanding print and artwork and the challenges that come with these specialist disciplines.
  • A proven track record of creative/artworking/print AND/OR digital processes
  • Second-to-none project management amp; organisational skills
  • Good problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of POS within a retail business
  • Highly numerate and commercially aware
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of excel
  • Able to travel to the client offices 2-3 times a week in Bournemouth.
