Job Description

We are currently seeking a FPamp;A Manager to join our team at ITG. You’ll be responsible for the Technology division and sit within the Financial Planning amp; Reporting team, which is responsible for delivery of monthly management accounts and statutory reporting as well as annual and quarterly forecasts.

The Group is private equity backed and has ambitious growth plans, requiring robust financial planning and reporting support to deliver clear insight to the business and investors.

Key responsibilities:

Year round

  • Analyse the Tech divisions financial performance.
  • Produce financial and non-financial KPIs (e.g. ARR, ARR per FTE, Ramp;D spend)
  • Work closely with various Tech personnel presenting to them their monthly financials and KPIs, providing them with financial insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate the development of the Tech quarterly forecasts and annual budget.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to management.
  • Implement and maintain planning and reporting tools/ systems (Prophix amp; Sage Intacct) to replace Excel (e.g. system generated ARR)
  • Develop and enhance insightful dashboard reporting over and above conventional reporting to add value to the business.

October December

  • Prepare and complete accurate statutory accounts in accordance with FRS102 and IFRS guidelines.
  • You’ll have a solid knowledge and experience in IFRS 2, 9, 15 amp; 16 standards and accounting for overseas subsidiaries and acquisitions.
  • Assist with financial audits and liaise with external auditors to facilitate a smooth auditing process.
  • Preparing year end consolidation journals and preparing monthly journals for our holding companies.

Requirements

  • Studying to become ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualified.
  • Top 10 Practice background preferred.
  • Understanding of Services and Technology businesses.
  • Ability to execute strategic financial plans for the growth of the Technology division.
  • Capable of using advanced tools to derive insights from financial KPIs.
  • Proficient in collaborating with Tech teams, presenting financial information clearly.
  • Skilled in identifying and communicating risks for proactive management.
  • Adept at implementing tools/systems for streamlined financial processes.
  • Demonstrated capability to enhance dashboard reporting for valuable insights.
  • Possessing the skills needed to ensure accurate preparation of statutory accounts.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with auditors for smooth financial audits.
  • Competent in managing accounting for overseas subsidiaries, providing a global financial perspective.
  • Committed to ongoing professional development, pursuing ACA/ACCA qualification.
  • Possessing the ability to navigate the dynamic financial landscape and introduce innovative solutions.
