At IT Labs we are looking for an IT Business Analyst with experience in the financial sector to work on an exciting project for one of our clients who is a prominent player in the Fintech industry that empowers business owners, enterpreneurs and family bisnessess to achieve their dreams by offering a wide range of digital products.
As an IT Business Analyst, you will hold a pivotal position in facilitating a comprehensive grasp of the business's requirements and orchestrating the development of both technical and non-technical solutions. Engaged across all stages of change delivery, from scoping and planning to implementation, the IT BA ensures seamless alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage stakeholders to meet project needs and manage expectations.
- Foster communication and collaboration between business and IT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage specialist stakeholders early on, including Service Delivery, Info Sec, and Data SMEs.
- Plan and estimate business analysis work to inform project planning.
- Define and agree on realistic scope of requirements with stakeholders and project team.
- Thoroughly assess impacts across people, processes, organization, and technology.
- Elicit and document business requirements accurately with stakeholders.
- Produce clear and comprehensive business analysis artifacts such as requirements, process models, and data models.
- Validate, verify, and approve requirements following methodologies.
- Align requirements with necessary technologies for solution delivery.
- Specify functional and non-functional requirements using user stories and acceptance criteria, covering standard and exception paths.
Requirements
- Proficient in conducting Business Analysis within dynamic change environments.
- Skilled in utilizing BA tools and techniques for producing essential BA artifacts.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools like Confluence, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Possesses knowledge of the financial services domain.
- Comprehensive understanding of project and SDLC lifecycles.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Demonstrates a keen awareness of customer needs and priorities, prioritizing customer outcomes in decision-making processes.
- Experienced in working with data and facilitating workshops.
- Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to have:
- Holds a professional certification in Business Analysis.
