Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial advice to clients, including conducting financial analysis, performing due diligence, and developing tailored financial strategies.
- Execute mergers and acquisitions, including deal structuring, valuation, and negotiation.
- Analyse industry and market trends to identify potential investment opportunities for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client service and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor and assess financial risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- MBA or CFA designation is desirable.
- Proven experience in corporate finance, with a strong track record of executing complex transactions and providing strategic financial advice.
- Excellent financial analysis, valuation, and modeling skills.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and investment strategies.
