Job Description

A leading Accounting and Advisory Firm is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice and guidance to our clients, executing complex transactions, and driving business growth. Your expertise in corporate finance will contribute to the success of our clients and further enhance our reputation as a trusted partner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic financial advice to clients, including conducting financial analysis, performing due diligence, and developing tailored financial strategies.
  • Execute mergers and acquisitions, including deal structuring, valuation, and negotiation.
  • Analyse industry and market trends to identify potential investment opportunities for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client service and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitor and assess financial risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • MBA or CFA designation is desirable.
  • Proven experience in corporate finance, with a strong track record of executing complex transactions and providing strategic financial advice.
  • Excellent financial analysis, valuation, and modeling skills.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and investment strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis software, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
