Here are the key skills and experience relevant to this role:

  • We are seeking candidates who bring a wealth of experience in business process modelling and a strong passion for embracing and implementing new processes
  • Experience in Business Process Management and conducting BPM workshops as a part of requirement identification
  • Experience of SAP Signavio, Process Insights, Process Intelligence, Process manage, and Process Collaboration hub is desirable
  • Exposure to SAP S4, Maximo, Ariba CA and Basware is desirable
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management is highly desirable
  • ITIL foundation or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience and understanding, and the execution of IS process frameworks and methodologies
  • Experiences in delivering Agile and Waterfall IS Projects / Improvements
  • Organisational change management experience
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred
  • Strong communications and networking skills
  • Highly motivated and self-reliant problem solver
  • Ability to make rational decisions under pressure
  • Proven ability to build and maintain key business relationships
  • Multi-tasking abilities
