JOB TITLE: Environmental Operative

LOCATION: Fort Kinnaird

SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off, 22.5 hours per week

PAY RATE: 10.9 per hour

As an Environmental Operative, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

• Carrying out environmental cleaning tasks in both internal and external areas
• Managing waste and recycling processes
• Operating equipment such as pressure washers and scrubber-dryers to maintain cleanliness
• Responding to client requests and complaints
• Identifying and reporting any maintenance or repair issues
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure targets are met

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the facilities services industry
• A strong understanding of environmental regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and colleagues
• A proactive approach and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
