Job Description

JOB TITLE: Customer Service Adviser

LOCATION: Gyle Shopping Centre Edinburgh

SHIFT PATTERN: 27.5 hours per week, 9am 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10am 6pm on a Sunday working a 4 on 4 off shift rota

PAY RATE: 10.82 PER HOUR

As a Customer Service Adviser at ABM UK, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required.
