Requirements
As a Trainee Sales Consultant, we are seeking individuals who possess strong self-drive and exceptional motivation. In this role, you will focusing on commercial finance, with the main responsibility of gathering information to gain a thorough understanding of our customers' commercial funding needs. These valuable insights will enable you to effectively identify and qualify sales leads, which will then be passed on to our senior sales team (Lending Managers).
Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:
- Conducting outbound lead generation calls to engage prospective and existing finance business customers throughout the UK
- Establishing a deep understanding of customer needs and proactively identifying potential sales opportunities
- Assuming the role of a dedicated account executive or account manager for customers, providing exemplary service
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with our valued customers, ensuring they receive a world-class experience
- Consistently meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets as well as KPIs
The Team
Our Trainee Sales Consultants sit within our lead generation team and are pivotal to the success of Think Business Loans. They play a crucial role in the customer's sales journey, being the initial point of contact for our clients. They are responsible for ensuring the delivery of the world-class human service that Bionic Group is renowned for. Our Trainee Sales Consultants play a crucial role in our business by establishing strong relationships with our customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs, and effectively generating and qualifying leads.
