Marketing Operations Executive

LRN is seeking a Marketing Operations Executive to join our global Marketing team. This role will collaborate with the entire team on the development of scalable processes that enable the delivery of aggressive results. We are seeking a critical-thinking professional who is keen to dive into the detail of our marketing and sales technology stacks and wants to execute on projects to drive operational efficiencies.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for career growth as it will focus on driving constant improvement in our marketing processes so we can operate faster and more efficiently. You will have the opportunity to execute on owned projects, and to work with our Marketing Operations Manager on further high business impact projects.

Requirements

    • Strong understanding of Marketing Operation’s function in a SaaS company and the business impact of this role.
    • Comprehensive communicator of ideas who can work well with multiple stakeholders.
    • Experience with the marketing tech ecosystem, Hubspot proficiency is strongly preferred.
    • Experience creating automated processes and a good understanding of relational databases.
    • Commitment to improving our processes through constructive self amp; peer critique on an ongoing basis.
    • Keen eye for detail and willingness to deep dive into technical projects.

Role responsibilities:

  • Lead projects to improve the data hygiene in our MAP by identifying and fixing gaps in our Hubspot workflows, properties amp; integrations.
  • Fine-tune and implement new processes for lead generation, routing, scoring, and prioritization.
  • Create scalable reporting processes amp; reports which will have visibility from the senior leadership team.
  • Implement new processes for source data tracking amp; attribution models.
  • Work with Revenue Operations to maintain routing rules and monitor lead flow.
  • Ensure operations processes are being documented, communicated to the team, and followed.
  • Build new HubSpot marketing workflows and campaigns for specific campaigns amp; generic nurture tracks.
  • Execute on website strategy projects, including new page creation and funnel mapping.
  • Lead quality assurance of website and landing pages, emails, workflows, and social campaigns, including SEO strategy, website maintenance, optimization, and architecture.
